Finally! Had the last exam this morning (Biology) and you cannot imagine the relief I'm feeling right now. Wayy!!

Which means that now I'll have more time to focus on my art coursework *sigh* and other 'important' stuff like Spanish.
Oh, and the kimono I'm meant to be making for a fashion competition being hostsed by the Liverpool Community College. It has to be under the title of "A Splash of Colour" so the kimono is going to be all black... but I am yet to find a place to put the half-metre of coloured fabric I am allowed to use. If anyone has any suggestions I will welcome them ^^
Oh. And the trip to Krakow, Poland, was one of the most amazing experiences of my whole life. This is the second time I have been and my god it just gets better and better. Everything was just as I remembered, only the last time it hadn't been so cold >.< -2 degrees every day :l
When we visited Auschwitz on the second day I said to myself I won't cry. I hadn't cried last time, therefore I made a resolution not to this time either. But I failed. Woah, I failed badly. Everything was just so... real. Unimaginable. As we went around the museum in Auschwitz 1 (or 2, I forget) I couldn't help thinking about the people that suffered there. Walking through that hallway with the photographs of some of the prisoners, some with roses and lilies placed carefully on the frames... The whole experience made me realise just how much I love and cherish my life, and I was the lucky one: I was allowed to leave.
It was an experience that will stay with me for as long as I live. Never will I forget the ghost of the horrors committed at Auschwitz that hung above us that day. Never.
